What is Amazon Logistics+ Integrated Fulfillment and Logistics Solutions?
Amazon Logistics+ Integrated Fulfillment and Logistics Solution includes pick-up, warehousing, line haul transportation, delivery, import/export (if needed), customer service, and other customized integrated solutions. Once a seller's inventory enter's the Amazon fulfillment center, Amazon is responsible for warehousing and inventory management, shipment preparation, sortation, transportation, and delivery. Amazon's customer service team will be responsible for handling all inquries about package status, pre- and post-sales service, and other customer inquiries.
Who are the target customers for Amazon Logistics+ Integrated Fulfillment and Logistics Solutions?
With the exception fo businesses that handle heavy/bulky items, hazardous goods, or those goods prohibited for storage and distribution, all businesses and sellers are potential customers for this integrated solution.
I do not sell on Amazon, can I still use Amazon's Integrated Fulfillment and Logistics Solution for my own business?
Yes. Our fulfillment service is available for any online or offline seller or business.
Can I select multiple fulfillment centers across the company to manage regional fulfillment?
Yes. You can decide to store all of your products within one of our fulfillment centers, or you may divide your inventory between multiple fulfillment centers.
Can this integrated fulfillment solution be customized to my needs?
Yes, it can.
What kind of integration and technology is supported as part of the backend platform for this solution?
We can provide standard EDI/API interfaces to connect with both business customer systems as well as third-party marketplace platforms.
What kind of data can be provided to customers about order fulfillment in Amazon's warehouse and delivery network?
In every Amazon fulfillment center, one can see inventory volume, location, time of entry into the warehouse, order frequency, and any abnormal statuses. When an order is generated, one can see the expected shipment date, expected delivery date, and relevant package tracking information (i.e., date and time for order pick, pack, ship from the fulfillment center, arrival at delivery station, and delivery). All of this dat is accessible via EDI/API connection.
What kind of customer service is avalable?
Questions or issues encountered during fulfillment, as well as business consulting questions, packing inquiries, complaints, and pre- and post-sales questions can all be directed to our customer service team.

We can provide line haul transportation, parcel pickup and delivery, last-mile distribution, and other end-to-end logistics solutions for China-based customers. Additionally, to meet customer needs, we also can provide a variety of on-demand transportation and delivery solutions to optimize your logistics network. Finally, as needed, we can offer various value-added services including E-pod, credit-based handover, etc.
Who are the target customers for this logistics service?
Our solutions are open to any and all businesses that have transportation needs, except those businesses that transmit hazardous goods or items those prohibited for transport by the government.

I am not a seller on the Amazon platform. Am I able to use the Amazon cross-border logistics services?
At this stage we are only providing this cross-border logistics service to sellers listing on the Amazon platform. If you currently are not an Amazon seller, you cannot use this service. However, we recommend that you register with the Amazon Global Selling platform and become an Amazon seller. In light of market demand, we plan to follow up with all sellers in the Global Selling program to introduce our cross border logistics service. I want to send a small number of parcels to an overseas Amazon warehouse. Will Amazon support this kind of service?
Amazon Logistics+ currently offers end to end one-stop ocean frieght services. For air frieght solutions, we currently are developing this service, and plan to quickly introduce it to a large number of our sellers.
